In addition to its enormous book collection, the Midwest Genealogy Center has hundreds of thousands of reels of microfilm of the U.S. census, military records and city directories. The library also has extensive online digital databases.
Its archives collection is focused on Missouri, particularly Jackson, Clay and Platte Counties. It contains manuscript genealogical family research, military records, land records, photographs and more.
