The move from Max -S. Hayes Trade School’s studio to the former Marks Tractor Co. building at 4300 Brookpark Road S.W. increases the station's facilities from 4,700 square feet and one studio to 24,000 square feet and three studios, two of which are in operation. Miss Betty Cope, general manager, said the station will soon offer more local cultural productions, now possible because of the great expansion of space. FROM THE STREET WVIZ's new home looks smaller than it is. The front portion contains staff offices, and the lights, camera, action sec tion is at the rear. Behind the brick headquarters is a shed that will be used for storage and con struction. A MICROWAVE dish antenna relays the sig nal from the studio to the station's UHF an tenna in North Royalton. The Channel 25 signal can now be picked up throughout and beyond Cuyahoga County on any set equipped for UHF. Plain Dealer Photos (Richard T.
