Don't Know This Joe. He's an Everist Though. Poet & Don't Know It.
The Joseph(s) we need are Joe & Joe Jr. Everist, grandfather & father of J. Swann. There were other children who may have produced other Joe(s). This might have to be one of them. Our Joe(s) died in 1795 & 1811, respectively. Indications are that all the Everist(s) who crossed the pond, may have emigrated to Lord Baltimore's colony, spreading throughout Maryland, before disseminating across America. The 'a-dead-dum' (my humor) is meant to accentuate the whole "life & death" thing.
